Our one bedroom, one bathroom Tiny Homes come in four sizes: 6m, 8.4m, 10m and 12m. Ideal for individuals and couples, these tiny homes are built-to-order and can be delivered to your land at an extra cost. All homes include the infrastructure to connect to power mains, internet, water and sewage.
Enjoy big space in a Kingfisher Tiny Home. All interiors are 3.8m deep, compared to the commonly seen 3.0m.

Need another room for kids, flatmates and guests? Or perhaps a rec room or home office? Our larger 10m and 12m Tiny Homes can be chosen in a two bedroom configuration. It includes everything our single bedroom homes have along with an added room.
Just like our single bedroom homes, our 2 bedroom homes are Waikato District Council compliant and have all the connections you'll need for power, internet and plumbing.
Getting Your Tiny Home
Getting your tiny home is easy. Firstly, get in touch with us to receive a consultation. After your order has been placed and a deposit received, we will get to work with building your new tiny home! Our average turnaround is 1-3 months.
Once your home is completed and if required, we can liaise with you to organise delivery of the home. If also required, we can assist with the council consent process and connections to site.*
